Dale is a Chartered Professional Accountant with more than 40 years of experience in accounting and advanced income planning. He graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce; completed his CA degree in Alberta; and went on to become partner of Pateman & Company, which today is Cloutier Matthews. Dale is an active community volunteer through the Courtenay Rotary Club, the NIC Foundation and several other local non-profit organizations. He is a strong advocate for lifelong learning and believes that the Foundation and its scholarship funds truly make a difference in strengthening our community. When he's not busy consulting, you will find Dale in and around the Comox Valley golfing, playing tennis, biking or enjoying semi-retired life with his wife Maureen, two grown daughters and five wonderful grandchildren.
